„Third day” – First FAIL!

I didn’t even gotten to the post where I planned to outline my goals, how I intend to achieve them, and how I break them down into smaller steps for daily progress, and I’ve already FAILED!

At first, I thought, “The site is new, the plan is new, and no one is really following this daily, so maybe I should just move on and continue from where I left off.” But…

It’s important to recognize -and I want you all to know-, that you will fail along the way! Many times. It’s not a problem. But it’s easy to say that, right?

However, I feel like it is a problem. I feel ashamed and a little disappointed. But to fix this, you need to get back on track.

How it happened?

I don’t have much time for execution (you don’t even know what the plan is yet—hopefully in the next post), and I feel ashamed because I didn’t live up to my own expectations this week. If I keep this up, I’ll never reach my goals. And let’s be honest, I need to see some results (yes, I need to see some money from this) as soon as possible.

At the start of the week I was energized, I posted, I searched for clients, I tweaked my pages, I looked for opportunities. But suddenly, I felt so f*cking tired after my 12-hour shift that I couldn’t even move. Don’t feel sorry for me—I don’t want to feel sorry for myself. I’m just sharing this for context. It’s probably okay to have days like this, but how did it happen?

I didn’t go to bed. I didn’t “rest well” (even though I felt exhausted!). Instead, I mindlessly scrolled through YouTube and Facebook shorts. I went to bed around midnight and got up at 4:00 AM. And guess what? The next day was the same. Not much of a surprise, right?

This is exactly the kind of behavior I talked about in my first post. It’s what you should avoid.

Overcome

Here’s the process:

FAIL => Realize it => Take responsibility => Learn from it => STAND UP => Continue and work even harder

So a few lessons here:

  • You will fail! => But don’t QUIT! Don’t give up. Get back on track, even if you have to force yourself
  • Get rid of bad habits => Start by ditching doomscrolling—it’s a complete waste of your time (and you know it!)
  • Rest well => Find a way to calm your mind, shut it off, and truly rest
  • Sleep => Everyone needs a healthy amount of sleep. It varies, but in the long run, most people need at least 6 hours to function properly

There’s more to talk about, but for now…

Let’s get back on track and crush next week! 💪
